The Trompenburg is a deciduous shrub or small tree with very unusual leaves. Sporting nine-pointed and sharply-serrated-lobed leaves, this foliage starts a rich and deep reddish purple in Spring that continues through into late Summer, before turning a vibrant crimson-red in Fall. Growing up to 15-25 feet tall and 10-15 feet wide, the Trompenburg is a perfect focal point for any garden or lawn.
